We partner with trustworthy freight forwarders who have local agents in the destination countries, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. Once your order is loaded, we provide you with all necessary import documents and the details of the forwarding company for your reference.

Small Orders: For smaller orders, we typically utilize express services like TNT-FedEx. For shipments within Europe, express delivery takes approximately 2-4 days, while economy express delivery may take 7-12 days.

Large Orders: Depending on the size of your order, we can arrange for full truckload, full container load, or partial shipments, ensuring flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

Quotation Process: When you submit an inquiry, we provide pricing based on the "EXW Istanbul" (Ex Works) term, meaning the price is for pickup at our warehouse in Istanbul. Should you require door-to-door delivery, simply provide the delivery address, and within one day, we will offer the most cost-effective transport options along with a detailed quotation, including door delivery prices and any relevant conditions for processing your order.
